Silo Direct Booking Terms

Reservation and payment

A direct reservation for The Silo is confirmed only after full payment through the secure Square checkout provided by Rental Dashboard. The direct rate is $100 per night, plus a $25 cleaning fee, 14% hotel tax, and a 3% card-processing fee. There is no minimum stay.

Cancellation and refunds

• Full refund: Cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking and check-in is more than 14 days away.
• 50% refund: Cancellation is made after the first 24 hours but at least 14 days before check-in.
• No refund: Cancellation is made fewer than 14 days before check-in.

These terms apply to direct reservations. Reservations made through Airbnb are governed by the cancellation terms shown by Airbnb for that reservation.

Occupancy and house rules

• The Silo accommodates no more than four guests.
• Children are welcome.
• No pets are allowed.
• No parties are allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Arrival, departure, and parking

Check-in is 3:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Covered parking is located immediately outside the door. Door access information is provided only after the reservation is confirmed.
