We may also receive reservation information from booking platforms you use.

We use this information to answer questions, manage reservations, send booking and stay-related communications, provide check-in instructions and door access codes, coordinate service and cleaning, support guests, protect our properties, and comply with legal obligations.

Text messaging

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you consent to receive text messages, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not affect your reservation, but important information may need to be provided through another channel.
